The Alita workflow, live
Watch a team build a real app. Tap a step.
This is how your team works through the week, on a problem from Buea: market sellers in Molyko need a simple way to share today's food prices.
The wall everyone hits
Copy-paste from AI works for 30 minutes. Then it breaks.
Asking AI for code without a plan feels fast, until nothing fits together and you can't explain your own project. Engineers plan first, so the AI keeps building in the right direction.

Most students who struggle with programming are not bad engineers. They were taught to memorise instead of to build.
Sun 15 · Mon 16 · Wed 18 · Fri 20 November
Four sessions. One week. One real app.
Each session covers a step of how real software gets built. You work in a team of four on a problem from Cameroon, with a mentor beside you. Between sessions your team keeps building, and mentors answer questions in the group.
-
SUNDAY 15 NOV
Kickoff and Problem
Set up your tools, meet your team, pick a local problem and find out who it is really for.
-
MONDAY 16 NOV
Requirements and Architecture
Write what the system must do, then draw how the parts fit together.
-
WEDNESDAY 18 NOV
Build with AI
Direct a coding agent in small, checked milestones, and review every change it makes.
-
FRIDAY 20 NOV
Validate and Demo Day
Test, fix and put your app online. Then present it, get mentor feedback and receive your certificate.
Four quick checks
Is this bootcamp for you?
- You study at a university or higher institute, any year.
- Programming classes feel hard, or you never got to build something real.
- You like solving problems and want to use AI the way engineers do.
- You only want a certificate and won't build anything. This week is hands-on.
The engineers behind the apps you use were not smarter than you.
They learned to think in systems. In one week, you start doing the same.
